Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. The first call or meeting with a Riverimint agent is without charge or obligation. We use that conversation to understand your situation and confirm whether and how we can help.
How quickly can a valuation report be delivered?
Standard turnaround is five to seven working days from the site visit. Where a mortgage or legal deadline applies, we can often prioritise — please indicate the deadline in your enquiry.
Can you assist diaspora clients who are outside Kenya?
Yes. We regularly work with buyers and investors based in the UK, US, Middle East, and elsewhere. Viewings can be conducted via live video call, and all documentation can be managed remotely with appropriate powers of attorney in place.
Do you cover Diani and the south coast?
Yes — our active coverage extends south along the coast to Msambweni, including Tiwi, Diani, and Galu Beach. Properties in that corridor are included in our sales and rental portfolio subject to our standard pre-listing inspection.
